FAQ

How we work

Straight answers on the desk model, clients, and accountability.

Are you a factory, a broker, or a trading desk?

We are a sourcing and supply desk — not a single factory. We qualify plants, run quotes, QC, and documentation on one thread so you are not juggling anonymous intermediaries.

Who do you usually work with?

Manufacturers, distributors, and project-led buyers who need repeatable supply with paperwork that matches the destination. We are not a consumer storefront.

How does commercial engagement work?

It depends on the program: spot lanes, annual programs, or project milestones. We put quote assumptions in writing — factory, incoterm, lead-time band — before you commit.

Where are your regional desks?

We operate from several regions (see the footprint section above). Coverage is matched to program needs; the desk you see is the same escalation line for the life of the order.

What if something goes wrong in production or transit?

We escalate with evidence tied to your order file — not generic certificates. QC gates are designed to catch issues before load; when something slips, we coordinate factory, carrier, and claims with a named owner on our side.

Need Centuno inside your supply chain?

BOM, KPIs, or a concrete problem — we come back with next steps and who owns what.
